Students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus must promptly report a change of guarantor or a change in the guarantor’s address.

When to Report a Change

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, promptly submit a notification if your guarantor changes or if your guarantor’s address changes. The designated recipient is the Director of the Faculty of Science and Technology Administrative Office.
