Reporting Changes to Student or Guarantor Information

Students must promptly report changes to their name, registered domicile, address, guarantor, or guarantor’s address.

Changes You Must Report

If your name, registered domicile, address, guarantor, or guarantor’s address changes, you must report the change promptly. This requirement applies to the covered students in the 2025 and 2026 academic years at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, students in the 2026 academic year at Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, and students in the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in Division II of the Faculty of Engineering.
