Clubroom Use Rules and Responsibilities

Future Science Faculty: Use and User Responsibilities

For the 2025 academic year, clubroom users in the Future Science Faculty must use the rooms only for their intended purpose and must not bring in items that are not needed for ordinary extracurricular activities. Users must not remodel or otherwise alter the facilities or equipment. They must comply with the applicable rules and follow directions from facility managers. Users must also strive to keep the rooms orderly, with particular attention to fire prevention, theft prevention, and sanitation. When necessary for facility or equipment management, disaster prevention, or similar purposes, facility managers and persons acting under their direction may enter clubrooms.

Engineering Faculty: Possible Prohibition of Clubroom Use

For the 2025 academic year, clubroom use may be prohibited in the Engineering Faculty if a user violates the internal rules or fails to follow directions from the facility or equipment manager.

System Design Engineering Faculty: Facility and Safety Rules

For the 2025 academic year, users in the System Design Engineering Faculty must not remodel the facilities or equipment. They must keep the room orderly and pay particular attention to preventing fire and theft and maintaining hygiene.
