For the Faculty of Future Science at the Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, commuting by means other than public transportation is prohibited in principle. For the same campus and faculty in academic year 2025, commuting by means other than public transportation was prohibited in principle, and commuting by motorcycle, including electric kickboards, or by car was completely prohibited.

For the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at the Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, commuting by means other than public transportation was prohibited in principle. Commuting by motorcycle, including electric kickboards, or by car was completely prohibited.

Disciplinary action for unauthorized vehicle commuting

For the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at the Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, if a student continued commuting by vehicle without being a student granted permission to use the bicycle parking facility, the university would impose disciplinary action under the academic rules. The possible actions were expulsion, suspension, or reprimand.
