Reporting Stolen Cash, Cards, and Other Valuables

If stolen property includes cash, cards, or other valuables, report the theft immediately to the appropriate police and financial or payment service providers.

What to Do When Valuables Are Stolen

For the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, immediately report the theft to a police box and, as applicable, to the relevant bank or cashless-payment provider. The same campus and faculty guidance for academic year 2025 also includes other related service providers. For the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2025, immediately report the theft to the police and relevant financial institutions or other applicable organizations.
