Applying to Graduate at the End of the First Semester

Students seeking graduation at the end of the first semester must notify and apply to the head of their academic system after first-semester grades are announced.

Application Procedure

If you intend to graduate at the end of the first semester, inform the head of your academic system in advance when possible. After first-semester grades are announced, notify the head and submit your application by the designated deadline.
