This page explains how applications are approved after submission and how the results are announced for different faculties and academic years.

Department approval after the submission deadline

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Academic Affairs Administrative Office obtains department approval collectively after the submission deadline for applications submitted by students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology and the Faculty of Engineering, Division II.

Announcement of approval results

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science, approval or non-approval of an application is announced later by posting.
