For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, scholarship recipients in the Faculty of Engineering are selected by the Relief Scholarship Selection Committee. The university president makes the final decision and appoints the recipients.

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, the scholarship lending decision in the Faculty of System Design and Technology is made through document screening and an interview.
