Applying for Overlapping, Duplicate, or Special Course Enrollment

Find the application requirements for overlapping, duplicate, and special course enrollment under the applicable academic-year and faculty rules.

Overlapping Enrollment: 2026 System Design and Technology Faculty

Students who wish to use the overlapping-enrollment exception must apply using the designated form. Permission or denial is announced later by posting.

Duplicate Enrollment: 2025 Faculty of Engineering

The eligible courses and conditions for duplicate enrollment are announced in advance. Students who wish to enroll must apply using the designated special form.

Special Enrollment: 2026 System Design and Technology Faculty

For special enrollment, complete the designated form, obtain approval stamps from the course instructor and department chair, and submit the form. Approval or denial is announced later by posting.
