Foreign Language Communication Credit Requirement

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus, Foreign Language Communication requires 2 credits for both the Junior High School Type 1 and Senior High School Type 1 teaching certificates.

Required Credits

Under Category 1, courses prescribed in Article 66-6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Education Personnel Certification Act, the statutory minimum number of credits for Foreign Language Communication is 2 credits for the Junior High School Type 1 teaching certificate and 2 credits for the Senior High School Type 1 teaching certificate.
