Cancellation Period for Door-to-Door and Telephone Sales Contracts

Students covered by this rule may withdraw from or cancel certain sales contracts by sending a cancellation notice within eight days.

Eight-Day Cancellation Period

For door-to-door sales, including street sales and appointment sales, and for telephone solicitation sales, you may withdraw from or cancel the contract by sending a cancellation notice to the other party within eight days. Count the contract date as day one.
