Possible Study Guidance After the Interview

If the interview determines that a student who meets both two-semester criteria lacks study motivation, the head of the academic unit may provide study guidance. This guidance focuses on encouraging the student’s motivation and promoting early improvement in learning activities. At the same time, the head of the academic unit may consider making a preliminary recommendation for withdrawal.
