Issuance timing and leave of absence

A student who has progressed to the fourth year and meets the stated issuance criteria may receive a graduation-prospect certificate from early April. The date on which issuance begins is announced by posted notice.

A graduation-prospect certificate cannot be issued while you are on leave of absence.

Treatment of fourth-year required courses

For social adult-course students who earned fourth-year required courses during years 1–3, those courses are treated as fourth-year required courses when deciding whether a graduation-prospect certificate may be issued.
