This page explains the annual regular health examination, the required urine test items, and how not attending may affect certificates and participation in practical activities.

Annual attendance requirement

For the 2025 academic year, the regular health examination is conducted every spring for all students in the School of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus, and students must undergo it. Certificates and participation

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the 2026 academic year, not undergoing the regular health examination means that a health examination certificate cannot be issued when it is needed for employment, further study, part-time work, or similar purposes. It may also affect participation in physical education classes, short-term English training, and other practical training.

For students in the Division II of the School of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, not undergoing the examination means that a health examination certificate will not be issued for employment, further study, part-time work, or similar purposes. It may also affect participation in physical education classes, short-term English training, other practical training, and off-campus activities conducted through club activities.
