Under Copyright Act Article 31(1)(i), library copying without the copyright holder’s permission is subject to several stated conditions.

Requirements for library copying

For library copying of held materials without the copyright holder’s permission, the stated conditions include that the purpose is research or study, the copied portion is only part of the work, and only one copy is provided per person.
