How Examination Misconduct Is Handled

This page explains when a proctor or examination supervisor may or must take a student's answer sheet and require the student to leave the examination room.

Engineering Faculty, Division II: 2026 academic year

At Tokyo Senju Campus, if a student commits misconduct during an examination, the proctor must take the student's answer sheet and order the student to leave the examination room. If a student behaves improperly or violates a proctor's warning, the proctor may take the student's answer sheet and order the student to leave.

System Design and Engineering Faculty: 2025 academic year

At Tokyo Senju Campus, if a student displays poor examination conduct or violates an instruction from the examination supervisor, the supervisor may take the student's answer paper and order the student to leave the examination room.

Science and Technology Faculty: 2026 academic year

At Saitama Hatoyama Campus, if a student commits a dishonest act during an examination, the proctor must take the student's answer sheet and order the student to leave the examination room.
